Billecart-Salmon 1998 Cuvee Elisabeth Salmon Brut Rose

Founded in 1818 by Nicolas Francois Billecart and his spouse Elizabeth Salmon in Mareuil-sur-Ay, this is one of the few houses that have remained in the same family. They espouse three prinicipal aims: "finesse, balance and elegance" and this bottle proves it! Showing a light pink hue, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and hints of smoke and spice. This is a full-bodied rose which will cellar for many years.
