Cucao 2010 Pedro Ximenez

This is the first time we've seen Pedro Ximenez, usually used in southern Spain to make sherry, grown in Chile. The grapes' thick skins produce a silky texture and rich nose while the body remains bright and dry. A true study in contrast from the frontier of the new-world of wine.
