Journeyman Distillery Ravenswood Rye 750ml

The first batch of Ravenswood Rye made at Journeyman Distillery was matured in new white oak charred 15-gallon barrels. Through the experimental batch, Bill found that the 15-gallon barrel provided the best balance of flavor. The mash bill is rye and wheat, with the wheat coming from the great state of Michigan and the rye from Minnesota.
