Chateau Moncontour 2009 Vouvray 'Sec'

This intensely elegant Chenin Blanc stole the show the few times we've tasted it out. How does fruit get this pretty? This bottle is mostly dry with a hint of bright acidity though something interesting happens on the finish when a touch of sweetness emerges.
