Old Sugar Distillery American Ouzo

Americanaki Ouzo is twice distilled and twice infused to achieve its smooth licorice-like taste. Distilled from a fermented mash of midwestern-grown dark brown beet sugar, the spirit is infused with star anise and seed anise. It is then redistilled with anise in the head of the still, and then infused again with star anise prior to bottling. It packs a punch, but is surprisingly smooth.
