Old Sugar Distillery Cane and Abe Freshwater Rum

Cane and Abe starts with domestically-grown cane sugar from Hawaii and Louisiana. It is fermented in-house and then distilled to about 140 proof. It then ages in small charred oak barrels for 4-12 months. New and used barrels are used to achieve its characteristic smooth, robust flavor.
